OUR DESIGN PROCESS
Throughout the wedding planning process, we will speak with you in depth about the inspiration and color palette for your day. We’ll walk through the details for each moment and brainstorm together to create new and unique designs that center around our overall vision.
As your wedding approaches, we'll reach out to our suppliers and growers and discuss which elements are looking best within your specific design plan. We use the very best that the season has to offer! Focusing on seasonality allows us to create the most gorgeous designs for your day.
We are passionate about building your wedding vision with you. Let’s dive into details and get inspired together. We thrive off of the relationship we build with our couples and look forward to working with couples who are just as excited to work with us as we are with them!
OUR STYLE & SPECIALTIES
We specialize in full-service weddings that require personals florals (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.), ceremony décor, and reception centerpieces and décor. Our style is garden-inspired and seasonally-driven and we’re passionate about thoughtful fine art design.
We are incredibly excited about using locally-grown flowers whenever possible and source nearly 100% of our blooms and foliage from farms within 1.5 hours of our boutique. This means your wedding will be fresh, gorgeous, and grown and designed with endless love and care.
LOCATIONS WE SERVICE
We design for weddings in Buffalo, Rochester, Finger Lakes, and beyond.
We are thrilled to design outside of these areas as well; our bags are packed for travel! $15,000 minimum floral spend plus increased service fee required for venues 2+ hours outside of Buffalo.
WE ARE A FLORAL BOUTIQUE
Wildroot is a team of six that grows to include a crew of part-time and seasonal employees during busy times of year, including wedding season. We are ready to hustle, create, invent, organize, and make magic for your big day!
We accept a maximum of 10 weddings per year in order to fully focus our efforts on each of our couples. As a general rule, we accept only one wedding per weekend.
We offer full-service wedding services from late May through the end of October. As a general rule, we do not design for weddings in November and December.

Because we take so few weddings per year, we reserve the majority of our weekends for those full-service weddings and preparations for those weekends.
However, we love to take a handful of a la carte weddings per year if availability allows! Please email or call us to check on availability for a la carte services for your wedding date.

We've found that a minimum of $6,000 to include personal, ceremony, and reception florals and candlelight is appropriate given our specialties, expertise, and offerings! Our average wedding floral spend falls in the range of $9,000-12,000.
